Work on new flats in Play Platt, Theale, scheduled to start soon

Building of the 50 new flats on the old Trafalgar Court site at the end of Play Platt is expected to start by the end of this month. They are scheduled to be completed by June, 2015.

The flats will be built for Sovereigh Housing Association and will be rented to people over 55. Some will be for shared ownership.
