More details re development proposal for land south of Theale High St & how to comment

I obtained the following information about the proposal at the exhibition last Tuesday:

The proposal consists of two buildings. One would provide 17 homes for retired people. The other would provide 9 affordable homes. There would be 12 flats and 5 houses.

The John Cumber Hall would remain, with five dedicated parking spaces.

Access to the proposal would be through the opening between Croppers and Kaya's. Pedestrian access through this opening to Elizabeth Court and Leonard Court would be kept.

There would also be parking spaces for High Street businesses to replace the ones already on the site.

The exhibition boards displayed at the exhibition (there were only two) can be downloaded from here. Please view these to get more details and to see what the proposal looks like.
